We understand that buying PRECIOUS METALS online is convenient, but sometimes items just don’t meet buyer quality standards,or it's doesn't fit or suit you! You may return any items bought online and instore within 90 days of purchase for an exchange - even items that are on clearance. How fabulous is that! For change of mind purchases, you have 14 days from date of purchase to obtain a refund. Or 90 days to obtain an exchange or credit note.

The important thing to remember is that we want the precious metals you purchase from Robertson precious metal company to be perfect for you.

Robertson precious metal company will Refund or Exchange at any time where goods are:

    Deemed to be faulty
    Our purity ,quality ,and quantity standard are 100% gaurantee if our products prove otherwise to you with proven and notable difference from the specification and description you where given on our website.
    May be the precious metals you purchase from us Are not ‘fit for the purpose’ that was made known to staff at the point of sale
    Different to the sample provided, except where natural differences occur within the specific quality bracket.
    Have obvious defects that were not apparent or brought to the consumer’s attention at the point of sale.
    Excluding Personalised, made to order and finance sales.

365 Day precious metals Warranty

We provide a limited 365 day manufacturing warranty on all precious metals purchases with proof of purchase. This does not cover ‘accidental damage’ ‘deliberate damage’, excessive or normal wear and tear. If a Robertson precious metal company item does not live up to your expectations, and you believe it is in fact faulty, our staff will happily assess the item and work with you on an appropriate solution.

We guarantee to work towards a fair and reasonable outcome for our customers, each and every time. Suitable solutions may be a repair, a replacement, an exchange for another item or a refund.
How do I Return and Item?

Instore

You may take your item into any of our Robertson precious metal company Stores for easy refund or exchange. Please ensure you take with you your original proof of purchase

Return to Online Store

Please contact our Online team send an email to service@robertsongoldmining.com and request a return label. We will email you Post return label. Instructions will be provided with the label. Please ensure that you include your original invoice/receipt and a short note stating that you would like a refund or exchange. Please include product numbers if wanting to exchange for a different item.

Return your item along with contact details and docket information to:

Once we have received your returned item we will process the refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. The type of refund will be based on the original payment method. Please allow 10 working days for your refund/ exchange to be processed.

What if my product is faulty?

We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact customer service within 2 days of receiving the item. Email sales@bevilles.com.au or call +1 917 719 2473  to let us know. We will email you an Post return label. Instructions will be pro vided with the label.

Reasonable care is taken to ensure that photographs displayed on the website reflect the actual product. Due to difficulties when photographing product some may appear larger or smaller than their actual size when represented on the site.

Online Transactions

When you purchase goods or services via the website you must pay for those goods and services at the time of purchase, in the manner as specified on the website.

We make no guarantee as the availability of goods advertised as available for purchase via this website.

Delivery

We retain ownership and title of the goods we supply to you until we have received the full price for the goods, applicable delivery charges, and dispatched your order. Once your order has been dispatched to you (or has otherwise been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions), as evidenced by confirmation provided to us by  Post, you assume full responsibility for and risk in the goods.

10 Day Money Back Guarantee

•    Product must be returned unworn and in a new and resalable condition
•    Proof of purchase to be provided
•    Returned in its original packaging
•    Refund will be reimbursed in the same way in which the item was purchased
•    Watches must have the original watch box, warranty and links that have been removed by a Robertson precious metals team member.

30 Day Change of Mind Policy

•    Product must be returned unworn and in a new and resalable condition
•    Proof of purchase to be provided
•    Returned in its original packaging
•    Exchange may be by way of a product exchange or instore credit
•    Watches must have the original watch box, warranty and links that have been removed by a Bevilles team member.

     Excludes made to order, modified, resized or engraved items or purchases made as an insurance replacement.

Free 365 Day Robertson Precious metals Warranty:

Available on all Robertson Precious metals products with proof of purchase.  Condition of precious metals is based on assessment by a Robertson Precious metals team member. Robertson Precious metals, at our option, will replace precious metals deemed to be defective due to the manufacturing process within 12 months of the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance or degradation due to excessive wear or mishaps.

Precious Metals warranties are brand specific and are provided at the time of purchase.  Condition of Precious Metals warranties are based on assessment by authorised staff.  Proof of purchase or warranty documents to be provided.

The benefits under this Returns policy are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by the  Competition and Consumer Act and thee  Consumer Law and any statutory rights to which you may already be entitled.  This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any such rights or remedies that are implied by law.
